Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available? Yes! We provide Free Cash on Delivery (COD) across India on all orders. You only pay when your parcel reaches your doorstep.

2. How long will my delivery take? We offer Free Express Delivery Across India. Once your order is placed, it takes 1–2 days to print and process, followed by a transit time of 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your address.

3. Can I cancel or change my order size? Because every single t-shirt is custom-printed for you the moment you order, modifications or cancellations can only be made within 6 hours of placing the order. Please email us immediately at vastralife.care@gmail.com for any changes.

4. What is your return policy? Since our apparel is custom-made on-demand, we do not accept returns for general size changes or change-of-mind. However, if your t-shirt arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprint, or physical damage, we will send you a brand-new replacement absolutely free!

The 4 Mandatory Legal Policies

Instead of writing long legal documents from scratch, Shopify can write them for you instantly. Go to your Shopify dashboard, click Settings (the gear icon at the bottom left), and scroll down to Policies. For each policy, click "Create from template", and then quickly copy-paste these specific custom adjustments to fit your business:

Refund Policy

Shopify’s default text will say you offer a standard 30-day return. Because you are running a custom print-on-demand model, replace their first paragraph with this:

"Because all Vastra products are custom-printed on-demand upon receiving your order, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size choices or change-of-mind. We only offer 100% free replacements or refunds if your garment arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours at vastralife.care@gmail.com with photos of the defect."

Shipping Policy

Shopify does not auto-generate this specific one, so paste this short text directly into the box:

"We are proud to offer Free Delivery Across India with no minimum purchase requirement.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

  • Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days across most Indian pin codes.

  • Tracking: As soon as your package leaves our partner warehouse, a tracking link will be automatically emailed/SMSed to you so you can follow your delivery in real-time."
